We've found him! Chef Tristan Michel (from L'Aperception, remember?) now officiates in the kitchens of Le Mancel. We're delighted by his inventive cuisine, which continues to use a variety of spices and sauces to create surprising dishes. We rediscover the magnificent views from the terraces and even the roof terrace! It's possible to enjoy a morning coffee, an afternoon drink, a cookie or even a quiche outside the restaurant's opening hours! And on the1st Friday of the month, it's tripe, wine, cheese and coffee in the morning. Are you tempted?
