Restaurant offering small dishes with homemade sauce located in Caen.
Since autumn 2024, Mario, a dynamic baroudeur, has been at the helm of this Caen temple of well-kept dwiche. The formula hasn't changed! The same gourmet street food that tickles our taste buds. There's been no revolution, but we're delighted with the changes. The young man has enlarged the space a little and now offers Falabek in homage to his Lebanese origins. There's even a children's menu to introduce youngsters to the real thing. In short, the same DNA but a new lease of life for Babek!

Strikes me as one of those places which takes something simple - a chicken kebab - adds some fancy marketing, doubles the price, but doesn't deliver on quality or service (up to 20 minutes for our 2 kebabs with 3 people working). I would head to Safran about 200 m away for an award winning chicken kebab.
