Highlights include salade lyonnaise, oeufs meurette, tête de veau with gribiche sauce, and quenelle de brochet. Wine lovers will also find something to their liking at Les Quatre Bouchons. The wine cellar offers a carefully-curated selection of wines that are the perfect accompaniment to the restaurant's dishes.
