At the foot of the university, there was a desperate need for a good place to enjoy a meal, and ET SI & CIE did just that! In the kitchen, Antoine concocts delicious dishes! Three starters, three main courses, three desserts, all prepared each week with fresh market produce. Today, the homemade gnocchi with pea, parmesan and early vegetable sauce had us going wild! We end with a dessert version of Sex on the Beach. It just goes to show how well you can cook even with a tiny kitchen! Add to that hand-harvested wines: perfect!

J’ai tendance à trop réfléchir avant de choisir un restaurant, cherchant à réunir de nombreux critères comme l’ambiance, la décoration, la qualité de la cuisine et surtout le rapport qualité-prix. Ici, tout me semblait réuni après avoir étudié leur site et leurs réseaux sociaux, et je ne me suis pas trompée. Une adresse que je retiendrai pour mes futures soirées.
