Sumptuous Napoleon III-style villa in Cabourg, transformed into an exhibition and reception space for cultural associations

Since 2021, this beautiful Napoleon III-style villa, built in 1860, has been home to an inspiring museum dedicated to the Belle Époque, its art of living and its social, scientific, and artistic impact... Marcel Proust is a common thread running through the museum (we recommend a guided tour, for a few extra euros, to fully grasp the link between the works on display and the writer). The museum renews a large part of its collection every year. Take a trip back to 1900, Cabourg’s golden age, and pay homage to Marcel Proust!

Un très bel endroit calme et instructif . Une magnifique scénographie qui nous fait basculer avec plaisir dans la belle époque . Un musée vraiment très riche en peintures et sculptures de qualité . Une très heureuse surprise . Accueil et petit bar très sympathiques .
