Decoration with old propaganda posters, chair numbers as prisoner numbers, etc. The whole a little kitsch and finally very western, very touristic. The country certainly needs to settle its accounts with one of the pages of its history. Before you get there, the other restaurants will try to sell you the charms of their own establishment.

For reasonable prices you can eat all kinds of cream or chocolate cakes, very good in the genus. To drink a coffee - their Turkish coffee is delicious - or a tea and chat calmly, it is an ideal address. You may find the layout and decoration quite exotic, but it's supposed to be a Parisian style coffee!

It is the meeting place for artists. The service is impeccable, the coffees and cakes delicious. There is a glass with some of the most beautiful views of the city: the whole old town on one side, the Armenian church of Avlabari and the Saméba Cathedral on the other, is a remarkable panorama of all sides. The bar itself may not be the taste of everyone. It has club-lounge appearances for new rich. But it is more pleasant than it appears first, and in the evening there is often live music and allows musicians of talent to animate evenings that can end very late.
