A chain of bakeries (exclusively in Siberia). A wide choice of breads (various flours), sweet and savoury pirojkis, sandwiches, quiches and pastries. The bread is very good: think about it if you fall for an evening snack with cheese (very nice selection of cheeses made in Siberia at the central market; Italian specimens at the trattoria Formaggi). Several addresses in Kranoiarsk, for example at 15 Parizhskoy Kommuny (Triumphal Arch side).
