Grégory and Selma, owners of neighboring Selma, Alabama, have taken over this bed & breakfast in a historic building in the heart of downtown Bayeux - legend has it that it was once the home of prosperous tanners! With its four uniquely decorated suites, you can relax in the Spa area with a whirlpool bath, or on the private terrace! You’ll love the Marie-Antoinette suite overlooking the pedestrian street and, above all, the chapel, the centerpiece of the 15th-century residence and the only one of its kind in France!

Notre séjour au Clos de la Chapelle a dépassé nos attentes. Les hôtes, Selma et Gregory, sont les meilleurs ! Ils sont attentionnés. Accommodants. Travailleurs acharnés. Et d'excellents cuisiniers. Si vous cherchez Selma, c'est facile de la trouver - cherchez la personne la plus joyeuse qui soit, avec le sourire le plus amical.

Quel séjour extraordinaire ! Selma et Gregory sont des hôtes merveilleux, si gentils et si accommodants. La chambre était magnifiquement décorée et isolée, mais aussi juste à côté de la route principale. Très propre et le lit était très confortable.

J'avais un train tôt le matin et Selma et Gregory ont insisté pour me préparer un café au lait à emporter et des pâtisseries (c'était délicieux !). Je recommande de séjourner ici et je reviendrai lors de ma prochaine visite !

Il s'agit d'un charmant hôtel de charme, en plein cœur du quartier historique de Bayeux. Idéalement situé à proximité d'excellents restaurants et à quelques pas du musée de la tapisserie et d'autres attractions, il est fortement recommandé. Selma et Gregory sont des hôtes formidables et servent un excellent petit déjeuner dans leur restaurant au rez-de-chaussée. Nous attendons avec impatience l'occasion de revenir dans le futur.
