Oh, sure, the place is disconcerting. It obliges us to rid ourselves of bad prejudices. We found it excellent and we are not alone! It’s a very smart idea to offer rental apartments in the heart of a residence of seniors offering all imaginable amenities, from the safe portal to the restaurant through the indoor pool and the library. This allows you to enjoy a quiet, comfortable stay (with plush bathrobes and slippers available, the director has made his classes in George V…), in large and well-equipped apartments, at more than reasonable prices. There is even lunch and/or dinner: The restaurant offers a fresh-produce kitchen prepared by a chef. And then among us, what establishment offers you the possibility of such a mixture of generations? We say bravo to this concept of innovative and human hospitality!

Wir hatten einen eigenen, sehr geräumigen Bungalow mit einem Flur, Wohn/Essbereich, geräumiges und behinderten gerechtes Badezimmer sowie zwei Schlafzimmer.
Das Bett im einen Schlafzimmer ist etwas schmaler (ca. 1,60 m) als das andere (ca. 1,80 m).
Das kleinere Bett hatte eine durchgängige Bettdecke, das andere Bett zwei einzelne Bettdecken (sehr angenehm).
Die Betten/Matratzen waren klasse und wir haben super geschlafen.
Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Ein bisschen haben wir einen Backofen und eine Spülmaschine vermisst, sowie Deckel für die Pfanne aber es ging natürlich auch so.
Spüli, ein Küchenhandtuch und ein Schwamm waren vorhanden.
Es gab sogar einen kleinen Garten.
Direkt vor der Haustür gab es ausreichend Parkplätze.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war genau die richtige Größe für drei Personen. Es gab zwar 4 Stühle könnte aber ggf. am Esstisch etwas eng werden.
Im Garten steht allerdings ein runter Plastiktisch, an den 4 Personen passen sollten.
Leider hatten wir gar keine Zeit für das Hallenbad. Hoffentlich dann beim nächsten Mal.
Direkt gegenüber liegt ein riesen großer Einkaufsmarkt.
Das hübsche Bayeux und diese Unterkunft sind eine Reise wert!
