In a refined wood and stone setting, you'll be pleasantly served by Stéphanie, a professional restaurateur; while in the kitchen, Luc, who worked with Michelin-starred chef Y. Alléno, sublimates fish and meat dishes. We're thinking of the gustatory voyage offered by the chef with duck foie gras with kalamansi and julienne fillet (from the Port-en-Bessin fish market) accompanied by creamy polenta and roasted vegetables.
