You can choose a dish from the à la carte menu or opt for one of the 3 tasting menus. Every great meal begins with appetizers, and Arcadas' are exceptional. Excellent advice from the sommelier who also offers a superb wine list by the glass, ideal for tasting different wines. Eating "Ines' heart" for dessert is an unforgettable experience. In a small shopping mall on the corner of a street parallel to Mondego, Cozinha Consciente serves excellent vegetarian food on weekdays, at lunchtime only. The "dish of the day" menu changes daily, guaranteeing fresh, homemade food. The plates are colorful, generous, healthy, vegetarians will be delighted. Omnivores will be introduced to a different cuisine with lots of flavor. Some nice desserts. Warm canteen atmosphere. The place is mostly filled by locals and alert vegetarians. Good service.
