An almost-ruined fortress with a lovely garden featuring rare plant species, offering a lovely walk for children.
Now almost in ruins, this fortress built by the Moors offers very beautiful views of the city and the lagoon. It houses a very pretty garden with rare plant species including a bougainvillea or a hundred-year-old ficus, magnificent! To access it, it is necessary to climb on cobblestones; provide flat shoes that adhere to the ground to avoid slipping. Once back down, you can explore the old Arab quarter with its white houses and narrow streets. A nice walk to do with children.

Après avoir traversé le jardin, très agréable, on monte à la petite tour pour avoir de belles vues sur Tavira, ville paisible, et la lagune. A noter : les petits toits (une maison peut en compter 2 ou 3).
