For 25 years, this restaurant has been a popular address for food lovers in Sagres. Its picturesque setting and friendly welcome are sure to win over gourmets. La Vila Velha has a covered terrace for a pleasant meal. Here, Lia, the Dutch chef, invites you to enjoy traditional Portuguese and international cuisine, 100% homemade. She uses fresh, high-quality produce to create dishes that are full of flavor. The rich and varied menu features a variety of meat dishes, including Vale Santo-style lamb chops, turkey fillets and pork medallions. You'll also find a wide selection of seafood and fish dishes. Let yourself be tempted by tuna and shrimp chouriço with tomato and bell pepper sauce, shrimp tagliatelle or Casarecci pasta stuffed with smoked salmon and dill sauce. To cater for all tastes, Lia has also concocted vegetarian and vegan dishes such as vegan chickpea dahl, mushroom spaghetti and zucchini with vegan cashew sauce. Wines, carefully selected from local producers, are also available at Vila Velha. A good address for gourmets!

Nous avons pris en entrée une soupe de poisson et comme plat nous avons pris bacalhau à casa ( exquis ) et tagliatelles aux crevette et à la lotte.
Avec en dessert le bolo de chocolate avec une boule vanille et et un coulis de cerise.
Sincèrement si vous voulez vous faire un bon restaurant cette adresse est parfaite !
