This tavern is the work of the former food writer for the English newspaper The Guardian. Kevin Gould knows a thing or two about restaurants. His locavore cuisine focuses on seafood (mussels and clams) but also expresses the soul of the Portuguese soil with dishes based on black pork and tender root vegetables.
