Imagine a table in a garden, under the medlar trees, with a beautiful view of the castle of Aljezur: you are at Varzéa. It's almost like being in the countryside, guided by the rhythm of nature. On the menu, swordfish with capers, pork cheek marinated in red wine and the great specialty of the house, the suckling pig on the barbecue. Vegetarians will enjoy a tagine from the garden, and this is just one example. To end on a high note, you can accompany your coffee with sweet potato filled pralines, the local flagship product. The chic local cuisine is very popular.
