Almost a festival as there are so many activities and parties organized for more than 10 days. For both young and old.

Farmers take their animals to the circular chapel of Janas (Colares) to have them blessed. It is said that this circular chapel was built on the site where a Roman temple dedicated to Diana, goddess of hunting and animals, was once said to have been located. Besides that, you have activities for both adults and children such as concerts, a craft fair, a fair, games... A whole program worth a visit if you are in the area.
