Martinitoren, the old gray, is the pride of all inhabitants, with the first galleries, with steps and a view

The Martinitoren, affectionately known as "Olle Grieze", the old gray is the pride of all its inhabitants. Its construction lasted from 1465 to 1482. It is 97 m high and has six floors, making it the third highest tower in the country. It is possible to climb the first three galleries every day. 311 steps will lead you to the top of Groningen and what a fabulous view... and dizzying! You will stop at several stages to admire the bells, 12 in total. This is a visit not to be missed under any circumstances, you won't regret it!
