La Simonehoeve is an original cheese and clog factory. You can stroll through the clog factory to see how Dutch clogs are carved, and through the cheese dairy, where numerous cheeses are on display. You can taste and buy in the store from women in period costume. An ideal place for a truly authentic experience, where you can pick up many typical souvenirs, including a gouda-making workshop. The restaurant serves traditional Dutch lunches.
