It's a small restaurant located on the port, just opposite the pier. The setting is pleasant, with a lovely, typical wooden interior. In summer, the terrace is of course the best option, subject to availability! The team is efficient and friendly, portions are generous and the menu is simple and straightforward: Dutch specialties, fresh fish (Volendam is a former fishing village), meats, sandwiches or salads. A children's menu is available for families. A great option in the heart of Volendam harbor!

Harbor restaurant De Lunch has been a familiar sight on the famous Volendam dike for over 30 years. 'De Lunch' is known for being an address where everyone feels welcome. Our guests therefore speak of a cosy, informal and familiar environment where you can have a nice lunch, dinner or a drink. It is not without reason that our restaurant is once again highly rated online and both domestic and foreign guests often return to enjoy our local specialties.
