Read moreHenri Willig is a family business, producing cheese in the Netherlands since 1974. Today, it's a heavyweight in the sector, with 30 stores in several European countries, museums in the Netherlands, and farms that can be visited - including the one in Katwoude. It's a fun and very interesting visit, as the farm is still in operation. You'll learn a lot about the cheese-making process, as well as the local wildlife. And, of course, there's a store with tasting facilities at the end of the tour. Highly recommended!
