It is, as the name suggests, a passage with beautiful neo-Renaissance architecture built in 1885, extended in 1925 and renovated 10 years ago. This historical monument, the oldest shopping arcade in the Netherlands, is a great place for shopping. It brings together various stores (fashion, decoration, kitchen, bookstore, shoe stores and an Apple Store) as well as several breweries. Do not miss the new wing, recently added by architect Bernard Tschumi. A magnificent place to visit without delay.
