The Friedhats roaster opened his café (Fuku) in Amsterdam's West End. The café has quickly established itself as a benchmark, offering a wide range of flavors and varieties, in both espresso and filter form. You can also enjoy excellent pastries and viennoiseries, but as you can imagine, the star of the place is the petit noir in all its forms. As soon as the weather's fine, a small tree-lined courtyard awaits you. A popular, authentic address that's a must-see if you're in the neighborhood.
