Located just behind the Concertgebouw, Café Welling is an authentic brown café, anchored in a rather chic neighborhood. As soon as the first rays of sunshine appear, the tables take over the sidewalk and sunglasses are plastered on faces. The atmosphere is warm, if sometimes a little marked by a slightly blinged-out crowd. The mix of genres after the concerts, however, lends a convivial touch to the address. The terrace is particularly pleasant in summer, taking advantage of the calm of the little-used streets. An address worth discovering.
