The location is very good. The tram station is very close and it’s a nice area of Amsterdam but if your room is upstairs you’re unlucky because are extremely steep so you have to be very careful especially with suitcases.

Très joli petit hôtel idéalement situé près du Vonndelpark. Un beau quartier tres calme et pas loin du centre.
Nous revenons à chaque fois ????

Kendi deneyimi mi yazıyorum. Hamburg dan 6.5 saat otobüs yolculuğu yaptıktan sonra öğlen 15:00 te otele ulaştım çok yorgundum.
Giriş yaptıktan sonra 3 kat dik dar merdivenleri eşyalarımla çıktıktan sonra odaya girince şok geçirdim çünkü temizlenmemişti
Oda görevlisi temizlemek için biz oradayken girişti ama onu bekleyemezdim.
Resepsiyona inip durumu anlattık ve bize 1.katta bir oda verdi.
Hah tamam şimdi dinleneceğim derken,bu oda kokuyordu havasız dı toz kokuyordu banyo klozetinden koku geliyordu
Yatak çarşafı temizdi,1 gece kalacağım için ve sadece yatmak için kullanacağım diye daha fazla uzatmak istemedim.
Odayı havalandırdım ve 1 gece idare ettim.
Bu otel 3 yıldızlıymış ama bana göre bir müşteri için güvenli ve hijyenik gelmedi.
Üzülerek söylüyorum ne olursa olsun bir otel sağlık açısından havalandırması temiz olmalı pirizler açık olmamalı
Sabah saç kurutma makinası ile saçımı şekillendirmek istedim ama makina arızalıymış saçım yanıyordu elimden nasıl bıraktığımı anlamadım ve bunu otel görevlisi bildirmedi.

Someone sang for a couple of hours in the night and the walls are thin. Otherwise quite nice rooms but our check-in was delayed with 45 min. There was a nice park nearby and also a cozy café on the corner. The tram to the city was smooth ~20 min.

I unfortunately cannot give this hotel a good review. My mother and I were booked to stay here in September, but my grandmother died a few weeks before our stay and we ended up having to cancel our whole trip from Canada. I let the hotel know this and even provided a death certificate as proof that we could not travel because we were planning the funeral and dealing with her estate. The hotel refused to provide a refund or even allow us to rebook the the room for future dates, when we would be able to travel. This was obviously very upsetting given everything we were already dealing with and we had paid over $500 CAD, so we are now just out that money. I would not recommend staying here, based on their lack of customer service.

Hotelul este situat la vreo 3 km de centru si tramvaiul circula din 10 in 10 min. Statie e la mai putin de 100 m in dreapta cum iesi din hotel. Personalul foarte amabil. Este curat. Se face curățenie zilnic si se schimbă și lenjeria. Micul dejun nu este prea variat dar de ajuns.

Rooms are ok, nothing special, there is no AC in the room. It's very clean. Location is good a tram station is just 2 minute walk. There is no elevator in the hotel which is fine, but the stairs are very steep and narrow. Staff are friendly. Also note that there was a city fee (I think) and should only be paid in cash

Room is small and clean, staff is friendly. Neighborhood is very quiet and upscale, not much is open after dinner. I stayed here to distance myself from the chaos of the tourist area but it was pretty far away. Walking there was doable but not recommended, rent a bike or take public transit. Would probably stay somewhere closer next time but this hotel is good if you’re looking for something quiet and out of the way. At 9 am doors start being slammed so you probably won’t be sleeping late here.

Stayed here for two nights with my daughter while visiting Amsterdam The staff were very accommodating we had a ground floor room which opened onto the rear patio which was excellent we're able to store the bicycle in a very secure back patio area The room was very good sized and the facilities were great right on the number two tram line for easy access throughout Amsterdam

Awful experience. The hotel is very old and reconstruction works are going on right now - so expect a lot of dust in your room and rubbish in front of the door. Also they left us without a single towel for the night despite we informed the hotel stuff that they forgot to put the towels in our room in the morning - hotel stuff is unavailable after 22 p.m. . Then they didn’t open the hotel door for almost half an hour when we needed to pick up our luggage on the check out day.

Pasamos una semana en la habitación número 2 de la primera planta. Maravillosa habitación con una terraza que divinamente disfrutamos. Ademas destaco el trato por parte de Jose (un chico latino de mantenimiento) fue fantástico, muy agradable y siempre dispuesto a echarnos una mano y hacer nuestra estancia mil veces mas agradable!!! Nos facilito la estancia. Nos recomendo pueblos a los que visitar, la habitación recogida a la perfección todos los días, papel y champú de mas sin tener que pedirlo, las toallas que fueran necesarias... Sin duda el personal del hotel de lo mas agradable.

Definitivamente repetiremos hotel!!

I had a small room (#5) but a comfortable bed. The shower set up was a bit strange, but it was a good shower. Very clean, super friendly team and just around the corner from our office. I'd stay here again.

Tramway really close, only stayed for a night, the rooms are just enough, we had a small balcony, the ladies at the front desk were really nice, good hotel!

Good service, just the light was tiring and soft. Bathroom was class, but the soap wasn’t refilled until last day.
Tram at 20 meters and the area is perfect. (quiet, safe, pretty)

Room was too noisy even during night therefore we couldn’t open the window despite the fact that there was no A/C so it was way more warmer than expectable (we were there in June). Bathroom is too small. Location is super (25 min to city center with tram without change the line)

Very friendly staff and accommodated for my needs. Decent decor and great location. Room was a good size with plenty storage and the bed was comfortable.

The room is well equipped, comfortable bed, tea and coffee in the room. The staffs were warm nice.
The location is quiet and catch a tram to get around.
However, the stair is quite challenging and can be dangerous to climb for those who lacking of imbalance. And it's not just one floors.
