deserves ZERO star. Absolutely avoid this hotel. Nauseous odors in the room when the windows remain closed. presence of rats even on the 3rd floor

Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana, ci siamo trovati benissimo. Avevamo prenotato una stanza grande, che è andata oltre le aspettative,fornita di tutto il necessario. La posizione è ottima per chi non è molto pratico di Amsterdam, vicino al centro e vicinissimo alla stazione centrale. Considerando la pulizia,la camera spaziosa e la posizione, è uno degli Hotel di Amsterdam meritevoli di attenzione. Consigliato.

First they gave us a key , and we came in the room and there were other people sleeping in the room. After long waiting we got a room. The room smelled like cigarettes and was barely cleaned. Don’t recommend, high price!

Located at the City centre of Amsterdam just behind the popular #Beurs Van Berlage is a magnificent hotel with amazing aerial view from the rooms.

Pokoje na poddaszu (3xx ) bardzo wilgotne, ręczniki po kąpieli schną dwa dni ;) niezbyt czysto, pod łóżkiem znaleźliśmy 4 euro i prezerwatywy(nowe;), z plusów suszarka do włosów, prysznic , wygodne łóżko i sporo kontaktów. Jak na to miasto całkiem spoko ale wiadomo mogłoby być lepiej

Tout juste parfait ! Pas de drogue ni de tabac ni d'état d'alcoolémie avancé autorisé dans l'hôtel donc une ambiance au top !
Les chambres sont cependant mal assonorisées sur l'extérieur .

I don't know where to start...

1) The hotel smells extremely bad in the entrance area. It smells very musty and old.

2) Fortunately, our room was not mouldy, but all the corners on the ceiling and floor were not cleaned, so the dirt collected there. The bathroom and shower were clean.

3) There is a "no drugs, no weed" sign in the hotel. Well... Either it is consumed in front of the hotel or out of the window. The windowsill was full of ashes and in the evening people smoked from the rooms.

4) It is extremely loud in the hotel at night, between 2am and 5am there were people shouting loudly through the corridors every day and in the evening/morning it smelled extremely of grass ... Some of the guests' rubbish is lying around in the corridors.

5) I would not necessarily recommend the hotel, as other reviews do not speak in favour of the hotel either.

6) However, I would like to add that the staff present at the time were nice.

only the location is nice, the staff are rude and they dont respect the guest. The room we got was very old, we couldn't warm the room or bathroom and very noisy. I dont recommend this hotel.

Très surprise par le confort irréprochable de la chambre d’hôtel ainsi que sa surface. J’ai particulièrement apprécié les petites attentions qui ont été mis en place par l’établissement : une machine à café à disposition avec des capsules expresso dans la chambre et des mails envoyés régulièrement pour vérifier que notre séjour se passait bien. Très bon rapport qualité/prix. L’emplacement nous permet d’être proche de la gare et des transports pour profiter pleinement du séjour. Attention cependant car la rue n’est pas forcément bien fréquentée, la nuit en particulier. Les seules remarques négatives que je pourrais donner serait l’amabilité de certains hôteliers : un d’entre eux était assez désagréable et n’a pas voulu m’aider fasse à une situation. Cependant les autres hôteliers étaient très agréables, rien à reprocher. L’autre aspect négatif qui m’a surprise a été un prélèvement inattendu sur mon compte bancaire de frais d’énergie et eau, même si la somme était minime, j’ai trouvé cela très abusif sachant que pensais que cela était compté dans le tarif que j’avais déjà payé. J’aurais juste apprécié que ma demande particulière lors de ma réservation soit mise en place, mais je peux comprendre que cela pouvait être compliqué.

The location is very nice and it is easily accessible. I didn't like the room entirely because my bed was against a window with a long curtain that hid a protruding marble window ledge. Going to bed I would start to lay my head down and WHAM! hit my head against hard marble and be in great pain right before trying to sleep. If you get that bed, move it 2+ feet from the window.

Great location but disgusting rooms, dark & dull and not clean at all, dirty bathroom tiles, guest requests not catered for, windows don't open in some rooms and damp everywhere, lift access but still multiple stairs, staff seem unbothered to sort out any queries or change your room if it's not acceptable, this is a 2 start hotel not a 3, some standard double rooms are economy but the same price, beware!!!

Hôtel de chaine Néerlandaise, bien situé pour découvrir Amsterdam et son centre historique. La restauration est de qualité. Les chambres rénovées sont confortables. Cet établissement dispose d'un parking privé et donc payant (a réserver d'avance). La réception propose des billets combinés pour visiter les sites touristiques de la ville , tels les musées, canaux...

Hôtel situé en bordure de la ville. Facilement accessible en voiture, parking couvert et fermé à l'hôtel. Situé juste en face d'un arrêt de tram, accessibilité au centre d'Amsterdam très facile. Restaurant à l'hôtel sous forme de buffet. Chambres spacieuses et confortables.
