Amsterdam city restaurant offering cuisine based on local products.

Probably one of the best addresses in town, even if it's not the best known. It's pleasantly situated on the Herengracht, and if you can get a table near the window, it's perfect. The show, however, is on the plates, with a symphony of flavors that will leave no one indifferent. The menu (fixed, although the kitchens take your preferences and possible allergies into account) favors local products. It is also possible to eat à la carte. Johannes is definitely an address not to be missed.

Le repas était bon mais beaucoup trop long presque 4h pour 6 courses. Les offres la fourchette n'ont pas été prises en compte sans réclamation de notre part et la monnaie ne nous a pas été rendue sur un paiement en liquide.
