Patricia and Hedley, the owners, took over the business in 2015. She knows the countryside perfectly, is a chemist by training; the perfect combo to run this olive and lavender farm. It is a small production, a family business where everything is done on site in a traditional way, from the distillation to the sale of their products. Everything is as natural as possible. The tour includes a guided tour of the farm to learn more about olives and lavender and the production process of essential oils, a relaxing and refreshing break in the heart of the garden where you can quench your thirst with lavender syrup and a visit to the shop where you can taste the different olive and lavender-based products.
