LA VILLA RESTAURANT
Read moreUnder the direction of Chef Thierry Mounon, French gastronomy holds its own in Saigon. Intransigence as for the quality of imported products: the lobster comes from Brittany, the meat from France and Australia. The menus, which are constantly reworked, are the hallmark of the house, respecting the traditional recipes of the South of France. Pleasant setting, indoors or outdoors in the flowered garden cooled by a pool. About 15 minutes from downtown Saigon, a peaceful setting where you can forget the noise and chaos of traffic.
LA FONTAINE FRENCH BISTROT
Read moreChef Thierry Mounon and his wife Tina TrangPham are the creators of the French restaurant La Villa. Today, they present La Fontaine French Bistrot, in a charming setting reminiscent of Parisian brasseries. On the menu are the classics of French gastronomy: onion soup with comté cheese, salmon gravlax, andouillette tartiflette, beef tartar, cheese platter, to name but a few dishes. A warm and inviting place to enjoy an aperitif. Recommended.
LE CORTO
Read moreThe Corto is named after Hugo Pratt's sailor. Very pleasant decoration with a neo-industrial style in chiaroscuro, softened by bright and warm colours that give an atmosphere of intimacy. Excellent French cuisine, tasty, generous and refined, based on carefully selected ingredients. Another remarkable point is the prices, which, for an establishment of this quality, are very reasonable. In September 2016, Le Corto and its black cat welcomed President F. Holland during his official visit to Vietnam.
