Chef Thierry Mounon and his wife Tina TrangPham are the creators of the French restaurant La Villa. Today, they present La Fontaine French Bistrot, in a charming setting reminiscent of Parisian brasseries. On the menu are the classics of French gastronomy: onion soup with comté cheese, salmon gravlax, andouillette tartiflette, beef tartar, cheese platter, to name but a few dishes. A warm and inviting place to enjoy an aperitif. Recommended.
