But the island has developed a very interesting system for non-motorized travellers: the taxi-bus combination. You take the main route to the island's three stations, from where cabs can then take you to a specific destination and pick you up. Only Naviera Armas operates a direct daily route from Los Cristianos, in the south of Tenerife, with a different timetable depending on the day and which lasts an average of almost three hours.
