This is one of the best places to taste Adeje's speciality, garlic chicken. And its success in this area has earned it an excellent reputation for many years. You can try it as part of a classic menu where you can choose between this garlic chicken or a spicier pepper chicken, but not too much. You will be able to accompany it with the classic Canarian arrugadas papas and their equally classic mojos. And finish with a homemade flan, as are the various breads on offer.

Typical restaurant, meat specialties and all kinds of grilled sausages (chistora, buttifara, salchichas), try the assortment. Their rabbit à la canarienne, accompanied by onion fries is worth the detour, as well as all their wood-fired grilled meats. And don't forget to try the egg custard for dessert, which also gives it a good reputation. From the restaurant, you have a breathtaking view of the seaside villages. It is now the son who holds the reins of the company, but the map and the tradition still exists.

It is sometimes difficult to find this restaurant, located on the heights of Adeje, but this small effort is rewarded. This is a charming place, known and appreciated for its two great Canarian specialities, chicken with garlic and rabbit in spicy sauce, conejo en salmojero. Its other plus, its beautiful terrace allowing panoramic views and recommended at sunset time when the mountain turns red. It is useful to make a reservation, especially at the weekend, and to specify that you want the terrace.
