Church built by the Knights of St. John.

This pretty little church with its octagonal dome and high bell tower, built by the Knights of St. John in 1489 below the Acropolis, is decorated with 18th century frescoes. On the walls, vaults and ceilings, not a square inch is left without paintings and gilding. Admire its beautiful courtyard decorated with mosaics of pebbles, as the Rhodian tradition wants.

Vaut un arrêt car sol en mosaïque de petits galets noirs et blancs. Pour y pénétrer homme et femme doivent se couvrir les jambes et les épaules. Petit musée dans l'une des annexes avec quelques reliques du temps jadis...Entrée gratuite.
