This microbrewery is housed in a stunning industrial-style building. It produces excellent lagers and pale ales, as well as more unusual beers such as Cyrène, a blend of lager and Assyrtiko (yes, wine...). The site offers tours of the brewery, ending with tastings of six references accompanied by meze. Themed cooking classes (with beer) and a masterclass that includes a kit for making beer at home. On the first floor, the Malt restaurant serves Mediterranean cuisine.
