False advisered 5star hotel this has nothing to do with 5stars… old rooms moldy baths not working vents not working lights in room. I went down for beer for 25 minutes noblesy was on whole reception nobody at bar, than fire alarm starts after next 15 minutes still nobody nowhere, after that time sleepy receptionist come down from some room. Horrible never ever more. It can BE maybe 3star hotel

1st-2nd October 2023 - The rooms were clean and spacious and had the conveniences required. The location was a little far from the main city for walking distance. Approx 20 mins walk hence why the 4 star rating. Not much else around the hotel except a pub and casino.

Lyxigt hotell med stora rum. Två fåtöljer och litet bord är ett pluss! Sköna sängar och stort badrum.
Frukosten har allt! Servicen bra och tillmötesgående. Läget - ja det valde vi ju själva, stördes ej av gatan. Promenerar lätt ner till gamla stan och hamnen.

Hotel zasigurno nije hotel za 5 zvjezdica, daleko je od toga. Vise od 3 ne zasluzuje, definitivno. Usluga katastrofa, osim gospodje na baru 24.8. navecer i 2 gospodina na recepciji 25.8. ujutro. Proveli smo jednu noc tamo i cak nam je into bilo previse. Pri check in je bila neljubazna osoba, kojoj se nije dalo zivjeti. Pri dolasku u hotel, od 5*, nisu imali osobu, koja iznosi stvari do sobe. Hotel je smjesten na jako prometnoj cesti. U sobama preko noci, ne mozes ugasiti sva svjetla, ako ne iskopcas iz struje. Klima je ociscena, vjerovatno nikada. Prozori se ne mogu dovoljno otvoriti, a i pogled iz sobe je katastrofalan. Sobe ne ispunjavaju kriterij za 5*. Izbor na dorucku, nije neki wow, ali hajde, ne zamjerim previse, jer su me kupili dalmatinskim prsutom. Ali hotel definitivno nije vrijedan toga novca, kao niti 5*

Sinoć smo došli u Hotel Atrium, te smo zamolili da netko od osoblja odnese stvari u sobu gledavši na to da Hotel Atrium ima 5*. Dama na recepciji izrevoltirana mojim upitom govori kako nikoga nema… uzas!
Jutros na odlasku nakon obavljenog c outa bila su 2 krasna recepcijonera, sušta suprotnost od jučerašnjeg dua.
Gospodin nije mogao naći osobu koja će otići po stvari te je ON otišao po naše stvari bez obzira sto to nije njegov dio posla.
Predlažem da gospađu od jučer svakako usmjerite prvenstveno na koji sat bontona te koji sat obuke o radu kod kolega iz druge smjene.
