A must in Split for carnivores with exceptional meats matured on site. The menu changes every three months, and in winter there are meat dishes, charcuterie platters and local cheese. Vegetarians are entitled to the famous varivo, a complete soup of fresh and dried vegetables. In summer, seafood salads, fish of course, and all year round, good desserts, such as dark chocolate fondant. Nice selection of Croatian wines (excellent wine cellar inside the establishment where you can buy your own bottle).

For me this is one of the two best spots for steak or anything meat related in Split... It also isn't the cheapest option however..
