This restaurant has a good reputation for its generous food, with a lovely terrace overlooking the salt marshes. Opposite the cathedral, on the small square, the waiters at Trapula Wine & Cheese, this friendly wine bar, are busy during the day, but the rush comes at aperitif time. Here, you can enjoy a platter of Pag sheep's cheese and local charcuterie, washed down with a local red wine. This is often the formula ordered. Authentic atmosphere, bringing together locals and tourists, always in good spirits. A perfect option for a gourmet aperitif! Reservations recommended.

The tavern celebrated its 20th anniversary in 2022! In summer, away from the sometimes too busy port, its terrace, in the shade of the large trees, is pleasant even at lunchtime. Specialized in seafood cuisine, the chef's know-how is recognized on the island. Among his preparations of freshly caught fish and seafood, rock fish soup, fresh pasta with shellfish, stuffed or grilled tuna with southern vegetables, Dalmatian dishes in sauce(pašticada), grilled meat (lamb) and vegetarian dishes.
