Kleines Restaurant gleich in der Nähe unseres Hotels. Tolle Fisch und Trüffelgerichte, sehr freundliches Personal.

Der Service war nett und freundlich. Die Preise sind sehr teuer und die Portionen klein. Es wird ungefragt Brot mit Thunfischcreme an den Tisch gebracht, das dann pro Person 3 Euro Kostet. Einmal und nie wieder.

Restoran je jako lijepo uređen,vlada ugodna i opuštena atmosfera...osoblje je jako ljubazno i profesionalno...hrana je izvrsna i pripremljena vrhunski...svaka čast kuharu...jeli smo i u drugom restoranu istog vlasnika "La Puntulini" i ako usporedimo kvalitetu hrane i uslugu ovaj restoran je za dva koplja bolji.
Jako lijepo iskustvo...sigurno ćemo se opet vratiti...

Zunächst einmal möchte ich die sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Bedienung im Restaurant Giannino erwähnen. Als wir dort essen wollten, reichte man uns zunächst die Speisekarte in der Landessprache, da wir Schwierigkeiten hatten die Gerichte alle zu übersetzen, brachte sie eine übersetze Karte. Ebenso erklärte sie uns die einzelnen Speisen.
Das Lokal liegt etwas abseits der Hauptgassen von Rovinj, aber mit toller Atmosphäre.
Das Essen ist vorzüglich. Wir hatten einen kleinen Vorspeisen Teller mit lokalen Fisch Variationen.
Als Hauptgericht handgemachte Pasta mit Meeresfrüchten.
Beide Gerichte erfüllten unsere Erwartungen bei weitem.
Auch die tolle Weinkarte mit erlesenen Weinen der Region ist erwähnenswert.
Wir hatten ein wunderschönes Mittagessen im Giannino.

You literally have to walk on a beaten path to get to this place. Eating inside has an entirely different feel than eating outside. Your call on what works for you. We ate inside with white table cloths. There are some goods and greats about this place. The service was good, but we got rushed and then ignored. The menu is good so long as they can get fresh fish for all the menu items. 2 of our first choices were not available. The wine list was very good and the food was great. If you like spice, the spices shrimp stands up to its name. And if you like truffles, so does the truffle ravioli. The waiter was ver knowledgeable but seemed very busy all night.

We were recommended this restaurant and it was fantastic. We had to book for Sunday at 9pm and it was well worth it. A very pleasant experience on the terrace. Food was superb. Staff fantastic. Highly recommended.

Il locale è carino e curato. Abbiamo cenato all’interno, in cui c’è aria condizionata. È stata la nostra prima cena di pesce durante la vacanza itinerante in Istria. Il ristorante ci è stato consigliato da un locale come miglior ristorante di pesce a Rovigno. Abbiamo preso pasta alla pescatora (sufficiente per quel che costa, visto che non c’è molto pesce), polpo (buono, nella norma), fritto misto (scadente, perché troppo cotto). Continuando la vacanza abbiamo capito che in Istria si può mangiare miglior pesce spendendo meno

Izbor od svega par jela,preovladavaju morski splodovi i riblji specijaliteti. Kako su gosti uglavnom stranci cene su dosta visoke za standard na balkanu ali je ukus hrane opravdao sva ocekivanja. Osoblje izuzetno ljubazno i govori vise stranih jezika.

I come to Rovinj every year during summer for 3 months. Every Monday evening I dine at the beautiful restaurant. The food is the best in Rovinj, they specialize in seafood, with so much care for the ingredients. The total dining experience, wich includes the food, wine, ambiance are perfect. But what brings me back everytime is the hospitality, the hostess Helena is always friendly and helpful. All the staff needs to be mentioned, you guys are the best. I hope this place never changes!!!!

Przechadzając się uliczkami urzekło nas urokliwe miejsce, restauracja w bocznej uliczce z ogródkiem.
Pierwszy raz spotkaliśmy się, aby na pytanie o stolik w ogrodzie kelner odpowiedział: „you should make a reservation”, „you could come 10 min earlier and I had a table, now I don’t”.
Zostało nam zaproponowane miejsce w środku.
Stoliki pod ścianą zostały wskazane jako zarezerowane, więc nie mogliśmy ich wybrać, natomiast nie zostały one zajęte przez czas naszej wizyty, więc nie rozumiem dlaczego tam nie mogliśmy usiąść.
Stek z tuńczyka - wyśmienity.
Ośmiornica - ziemniaki jak to ziemniaki - nic specjalnego, pomidorki były za małe i po zgrillowaniu została sama skóra, danie po prostu słabe.
Pytanie kelnera o to czy nam smakuje padło za późno (gdy już kończyliśmy kolację).
Brak pytania deser / dodatkowe napoje.
Managerka rozmawia TYLKO z osobami które zna, tak jakby inni nie zaslugiwali na uwagę.
Gdy wychodziliśmy nikt z obsługi nas nie pożegnał.

Unfathomably rude, sharp, and abrasive head of staff. Either the female owner or manager (whatever she is) has no concept of communication and is truly unable to maintain the standard of Croatia's hospitality and kindness. Have notified the rest of the organization to avoid this seemingly beautiful restaurant. It's a shame how one stuck-up individual who is entirely unable to leave her personal life issues out of her work can ruin an entire evening.

Hats off to the rest of the staff, who were kind and tried to make the best out of an uncomfortable situation.

Stay away.

There was no mistaken identity, it is very easy to write such claims online when personal experience proves otherwise. We understand that the season has been long and hard for staff, and taking that into account, it still does not warrant the behavior of one individual. The rest of the staff were kind and friendly whilst that one "lady" should never be employed in a business that revolves around hospitality ever again.

Our visit was half an hour before the original review was posted, we were seated indoors after avoiding the cigarette smoke in the outdoor seating area.

Das Restaurant liegt in einer stillen Seitenstraße und man hat leider keinen Meeresblick. Dafür gibt es ein Top-Essen (gemischte Fischplatte, Dessert) und einen leckeren Hauswein mit schnellem und flexiblem Service.

Nice place to have a relaxed dinner in Rovinj. We ate delicious food, paired with good wine from the region. The ambient was really nice too, since it’s located out of the busiest streets in town. It’s a bit expensive, though.

Друзі мої українці!Роблю відгук для вас.Якщо хочете замовить щось дуже гарне и добре :Тільки риба ціла люба до вашого смаку,там вас обмануть тільки на вазі,але буде смачно.Я замовив восьминіг ,гарне блюдо .Цитую вам :Гарна картопля дуже багато ,цибуля,олива чорна і зелена і дуже мало восьминога .Для гарного пояснення це блюдо для 2!Я відвідав цей ресторан 2 рази.Офіціанти всі різні ,на кого повезе!1 раз було дуже смачно,це була риба камбала, так-же на двох , другий раз це було сьогодні 28 .08 2023 р.Це було дуже погано.До уваги :офіціанти дуже швидко входили в розмову ,розуміли що ви турист і більше після замовлення основного блюда не появлялися.Розумійте що вино тільки ви наливайте і все …..Дякую офіціантові на вулиці за обслуговування 26.08 в 18.00
