Patisserie, chocolate shop, confectionery, cookie factory, high-end caterer and delicatessen, La Palette des Saveurs has been turning heads for over a decade. At Cécile and Stéphane Dupuy's, you don't know where to look or what to choose, so excellent does everything look. The chef, Meilleur Ouvrier de France, worked for three years at Bernard Loiseau. In 2000, he also won his first star at Château de Codignat. With this address, he puts all his know-how to work, regularly proposing holiday menus and new dishes.

This attractive ^mid-19th century château was built by the Teyras de Grandval family to take advantage of the exceptional view of the Chaîne des Puys. A century and a half later, the Vincent family, well-known caterers in Vichy, took over the premises to host weddings, business events, cocktails and ceremonies. It has to be said that this is an ideal location. There's a solution for every budget. A number of simply furnished rooms in the château and its outbuildings can accommodate guests after the party.

From the outside, one would expect a simple tobacconist's shop. However, the Savane has managed to forge a new identity. Obviously, it keeps its first cap and offers magazines and newspapers, but inside, several entrances are offered to the visitor. If you take the stairs up, you will find the tea room. Two floors down, the Savane becomes a fashion accessories store. Another change of scenery with the decoration-gift room. Selection for children, home accessories, cosmetics... It's hard to leave empty-handed!

In the laboratory, she develops her dairy products from organic milk: fresh products, such as fromage battu and faisselle, and lactic products, such as tomette, cendré and gaperounet. The garlic and shallots used in some cheeses come from neighboring producers. "We take the product from the animal to the consumer," explains Adeline. It's "from field to plate"!

Chocolates, pastries, confectionery, cookies... that's what Loïc Girard, chocolatier, has to offer. Before opening his own chocolate shop, he began his apprenticeship with Rémy Chocolatier, then worked in a bakery in the department. A native of Lezoux, he was keen to return to his home town and satisfy the taste buds of the locals. His specialties are reminiscent of the town's history and heritage, with shards, chocolates and confectionery presented in ceramics made by Lezoux potters.
