The garlic and shallots used in some cheeses come from neighboring producers. "We take the product from the animal to the consumer," explains Adeline. It's "from field to plate"!
LOÏC GIRARD

His specialties are reminiscent of the town's history and heritage, with shards, chocolates and confectionery presented in ceramics made by Lezoux potters.
