Still an old and known Pâtisserie pastry. Here we specialize in milk-based desserts, including good struck. In winter, taste the famous sahlep, a drink based on orchid. Born in the 1950 s, it is a real institution. It is customary to get there after dinner for dessert. The best Baklava in the city.

Une bonne adresse sur Istiklal qui propose un grand choix de pâtisseries du pays pour un kahvalti (petit dej) gouter gourmand ou pour un dessert après le repas comme les locaux le font.Tout est bon soyez curieux, le sutlaç, les muhallebi divers sont très bons. Le service est très aimable aussi.
