MINOA
Minoa was a library, then became a café, then a super trendy restaurant where it is difficult to find a place on weekends. The books are still there and they are original. Many works of French literature are on offer. Cement tiles on the floor set the very trendy tone from the entrance. And the dishes too: bruschetta with avocado, French croissants, panini and quinoa salad, you might as well know that this New York menu is not available everywhere in Istanbul. The hushed atmosphere will immediately put you at ease.
