Founded in 1929, the Mauri pastry shop is an emblematic place in the Rambla Catalunya, where Barcelona's good society has been enjoying tea for several generations. It is housed in a former queviures (delicatessen) shop whose décor has remained intact with its delicate woodwork, painted ceilings and wonderful counter decorated with biscuits, brioches, chocolates and pastries. In addition to the tea room, you can also have lunch in the restaurant area and stock up in the catering area.
