Founded in 1929, the Mauri pastry shop is an emblematic place in the Rambla Catalunya, where Barcelona's good society has been enjoying tea for several generations. It is housed in a former queviures (delicatessen) shop whose décor has remained intact with its delicate woodwork, painted ceilings and wonderful counter decorated with biscuits, brioches, chocolates and pastries.
