Delicious, healthy and sustainable. Faithful to these objectives since 1979, the chef Teresa Carles Borràs delights us with a culinary offer aimed at a balanced diet. The varied menu allows us to enjoy a wide selection of vegetarian and vegan dishes full of creativity and color thanks to the vegetables, as well as gluten-free recipes and a different menu every week. Let yourself be tempted by eggplant friands stuffed with mushrooms or artichokes with quail eggs. Forget your diet with peach flan! Reservation recommended.
