CE TEMPLE EST DEDIE A ISIS LA DEESSE DE L'AMOUR. APRES AVOIR ETE PIERE PAR PERRE DEMONTE CE TEMPLE FUT RECONSTRUIT SUR CETTE PETITE ILE. LE KIOSQUE DE TRAJAN EST UN ELEGANT EDIFICE QUI FUT CONSTRUIT PAR L'EMPEREUR DU MEME NOM . IL POSSEDE 14 COLONNES. LA CONSTRUCTION DU TEMPLE DATE DE 690 AVANT J.C. LA PARTIR INTERIEURE ET COUVERTE DU TEMPLE EST MAGNIFIQUE LES MURS POSSEDE DES PAILLETTES D'OR

Une promenade en barque pour rejoindre une île sur laquelle vous visiterez un temple sauvé des eaux.

Un très beau temple, bien reconstruit. Beaucoup de touristes en revanche, à visiter assez tôt le matin. L'intérieur est assez bien conservé. Le bar est également très agréable une fois la visite effectuée.

En raison de la construction du haut barrage d'Assouan , le temple d'Isis qui était en partie submergé a été déplacé sur l'île voisine d'Aguilkia. A voir absolument.
