Things to see and do Mbeya

The view of the World's end (the End of the world at Pungulume 2 230 m altitude) dominates the Rift Valley and the Plains of Usangu: It is reached by a trail that is about kilometres away from Mbeya on the road to Chunya through a thick tropical jungle.

In the southwest of Ruaha National Park, the Réserve Valley reserve was created, which covers a region of miombo (dry forest and savannah forest) and swamps about 500 km ², inhabited by lions, leopards and elephants.
