Lapili Residence is a new address in Kiwengwa, sister property to Breeze Residence, located in the new, slightly off-center Cairo Village. The concept is innovative: to offer fully-equipped apartments with a full range of hotel services at reasonable prices. Surrounded by a pretty tropical garden, it boasts a magnificent swimming pool, a whirlpool bath, an excellent Italian restaurant, La Capannina, a deli store, a beauty salon, a fitness and padel center and a private beach with deckchairs.

Consiglio questa struttura per pulizia, posizione e gentilezza. All’interno troverete due ristoranti dove poter mangiare ogni giorno, il Breeze (local) e La Capannina (gestione italiana). Un saluto a tutti, soprattutto al nostro caro Hussain

Ottima struttura, molto curata e ben organizzata, con tanto verde. Alloggi con cucina confortevoli, spaziosi e caratteristici. Spazi comuni e piscina molto curati e godibili. A disposizione anche una porzione della spiaggia vicina, con sdrai e ombrelloni. Possibilità di organizzare tour, visite guidate o transfer con taxi. Sicurezza garantita dalla continua presenza da personale masai.

Residence di appartamenti stupendo, non è enorme ma è studiato molto bene, con una piscina bellissima ed un ristorante di altissimo livello. La spiaggia si raggiunge in 3 minuti. Proprietari italiani cordialissimi! Consigliatissimo!

Ottima struttura nella zona "Cairo" di kiwenga....tenuta benissimo....appartamenti grandi e puliti con la possibilità di cucinare visto la presenza di fornelli a induzione...nel complesso c'è la presenza di una piscina e del ristorante "LA CAPANNINA " dove si mangia divinamente italiano....per chi vuole tenersi in forma c'è a disposizione anche una piccola palestra....la spiaggia attrezzata si trova a 3 minuti a piedi passando dal villaggio

The apartment is very dark, with the combination of the wall cover, like in the underground. Dishes and overall kitchen, bathroom, and windows were dirty. The kitchen apliances old, teflon is so damaged, that it stayed on the food during cooking. A swimming pool full of insects and trash from the trees. Wifi was not working in the apartment only on the terrace and was slow. Happy that the stay was short, as it was a very disappointing experience .
