The pretty little Cuzco style church, the traditional white and ochre houses, the welcome shade of the trees, the calmness make the charm of this village lost in the mountains. Interesting handicraft stores are located there. Go and greet the vicuñas! 1.5 km west of the village, the Association of Artisans and Producers of Molinos have built a refuge, "Criadero Coquera", on 18 hectares, where a hundred vicuñas live. An endangered species, it is now protected and this place allows you to get close to these beautiful camelids, which are sheared all year round to make the beautiful sweaters that are sold all over the village.
