It's hard to beat the selection, as Le Buron sets the bar very high with an impressive variety of cheeses. Fred, the owner, unearths cheeses created deep in the mountains, with the flavors of the pastures. He also finds the best cheeses from elsewhere. He reinvents them by adorning them with truffles, like Saint-Nectaire, Brillat-Savarin or Brie de Meaux. New products arrive daily. Its fresh tome cheese can be used to prepare historic truffles. Le Buron also offers a range of delicatessen products.
