They are committed to a genuine ecological and environmental approach, offering local products whenever possible. You'll find fresh produce, fruit, vegetables, savoury and sweet groceries. People with food allergies are also catered for. To support this approach, the grocery store is part of the Biomonde network, a cooperative group of independent organic stores.

Thierry Vacher built his reputation with his famous and tasty Fanette, an old-fashioned sourdough baguette named after his great-grandmother and with a patented recipe. Even with a second bakery, the Chamalières store remains as busy as ever. We love the bread, pastries, viennoiseries and fresh sandwiches. Epiphany is one of our flagship events. The galette, with its gray almond frangipane, is certainly one of the best in the conurbation. Prices are a little above average, but the quality is there.

Passionate about pastry since he was a child, Jean-Baptiste Soulière now enjoys reworking the great classics of the profession. He brings his own touch of creativity and modernity and uses quality raw materials, such as Rouge des Dômes strawberries for his strawberry/basil tart.
