And in restaurant B, which overlooks the capital, the dishes are no less surprising. Prepared by the new local chef Komnen Bakić under the supervision of the famous Alfredo Russo, the new map is intended to be emblematic of Slovenia's plural influences: Italian, Austrian and Yugoslavian.
